Chief Executive Officer
Lindsay Australia Limited
Lindsay’s prides its self on their fleet. Each year we purchase new trucks to ensure the average of our trucks is kept low and we can proudly say we are one of the youngest fleets on the road. Our trucks are mostly Kenworth Western Star, Mack and Volvo. We mostly run B-double trailers due the amount of freight we move across the country on a daily basis. Our drivers take great pride in carrying the Lindsay Brand and strive to keep their trucks looking as good as new inside and out.
All our trucks are fitted with the latest technology this includes in-cab devices to make it easier for our drivers to monitor their speed and fatigue and allows for satellite tracking of all our vehicles.
We offer our office staff well maintained complexes with all the necessary facilities, with new depots being updated and built every year in line with the company’s vision of the future. We also are constantly changing the way we work and using the latest technology to ensure our day to day business runs as smooth as possible.
In our warehouses and workshops
Whether it’s in our rural and transport warehouse or the workshops Lindsay has some of the latest equipment and machinery to ensure all work is done as efficiently and safe as possible. We are always making improvements to our work sites by installing and using the latest time and labour saving equipment.
At Lindsay’s we are constantly looking for the latest technology to make our departments and our fleet as efficient as possible. We have the latest transport and workshop management systems straight from the states and are proud to be one of the first companies in Australia to have it fully implemented. We are also in the process of installing in-cab devices in our vehicles with the latest satellite tracking and to help our drivers manage their driving hours and fatigue, making our drivers as safe as possible. Lindsay strives to improve and adopt the latest in transport and logistics technology.
