Mr Rodney Boys

Non-Executive Director

Mr Rodney Boys was appointed Non-Executive Director of Lindsay Australia Limited on 28 April 2025. Mr Boys is an experienced senior executive and company director with more than 30 years’ experience across a range of industries with large-scale enterprise experience in capital allocation, M&A, transformation, risk management, governance and the oversight of strong systems and operational performance excellence.

During his tenure at Australia Post, Rodney’s leadership roles included Acting CEO & Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, as well as executive director responsibilities across a range of entities, including StarTrack. 15 years in Bunnings saw Rodney hold executive roles including CFO, CIO, and Chief Supply Chain Officer, and prior to this, senior management roles in the Wesfarmers Group company, ‘Landmark’, (now Nutrien Ag Solutions).

A Fellow of CPA Australia, Rodney is a graduate of the INSEAD International Executive Program, the Harvard Business School Leadership Program, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a Director and Chair of the Risk Audit & Governance Committee of the National Heart Foundation.
